    Hi carib, a very difficult question and it deserves a lot more answers, no child should be bullied by anyone, ie, other children or even worse adults. One of the major problems is that the bullied child, or in the workplace, bullied adult, is not aware of how or where to go to find the answers, often because of embarrassment.

    i was bullied at school. i NEVER went on a rampage. several years later, i wreaked revenge on the wrong do-ers.

    bullying wasn't what caused the VT shootings. ok, they may have been a small part of it, however, Cho's mental issues meant he was unable to deal with things in the same way as normal folk.
